⚡ Be present in your day. Happy to play on the floor. Actually enjoying the morning instead of counting down to nap. The version of yourself you remember being.
⚡️Bedtime without the dread. No more 4pm anxiety creeping in. No more “please please please go down easy tonight.” Just calm.

What’s inside the 4 weeks:
→ Weekly Zoom calls with me (submit Q’s prior or ask live. All recorded & replays sent) week 1&2: 2x calls. Week 3&4: 1 x call
- calls will be at 6 am Melbourne Time (Mondays & Thursdays)
which is 1 pm Los Angeles | 3 pm Dallas | 9 pm London (Sundays & Wednesdays)
