Parent Workshops are a great opportunity to get together and talk all things sleep!
I'll come to you; this can be at your place, the park, a coffee shop or via zoom. For an hour, we'll talk all things sleep; age appropriate expectations, routines, myths, settling approaches, associations, regressions and more, plus answer any and all of your questions.
Perfect for mothers/parents groups or friends with babies of a similar age.

$30 AUD per/adult. Minimum group size 5.
